been waiting almost two months for a phone case. emailed twice for an update and just got my confirmation email again both times.
i searched and apparently the site is legit but i was stupid and didn't read any reviews. ima be looking elsewhere
Absolutely disappointing. I placed an order two months ago and sent nine emails, only to receive an automated response. Then, I got a message stating I hadn't completed my payment, despite having done so. After that, I received conflicting updates about shipping and production. After my 17th email, I finally managed to get a refund. This experience was a complete farce; I'd rather pay triple elsewhere.
I placed an order for a phone case on December 8, believing it would arrive before Christmas based on the company's website. Today, I finally received a shipping notification indicating it will take 7-12 business days to arrive 🫠 This means it will take roughly 1.5 months from order to delivery for a phone case. The processing times listed on their site seem unrealistic, and communication is lacking unless initiated by the customer. I won't use this service again; there are better personalization options available that provide accurate estimates and communication. I will update if the phone case turns out to be unsatisfactory.
Stay away from this service! I ordered a phone case 7 weeks ago and received no updates, except when I reached out via email. They are quick to respond but only provide vague assurances that it's on its way. The tracking stopped working after week 5, so I suspect my order has disappeared along with my money (it was a Christmas gift for my husband). I’ve learned my lesson. It's unfortunate because the products look great, but it seems they don't actually exist!
Overall, I must say the entire process went smoothly. The application for sending my photo for the phone cover was user-friendly. It took about a month to arrive in Greece, but I was able to track my project throughout, so no issues arose. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars only because the quality of the phone case could be improved.
Exactly what I was looking for. The case is of good quality and fits my phone perfectly. The personalized photo is of superb quality and matches my order exactly. The turnaround and delivery were quick. I honestly didn't expect it to arrive until after the New Year, but it came just after Christmas. Very satisfied. I highly recommend this seller. Five stars all around!
The item was supposed to process in 1-5 business days, but it has been 9 days and counting. Extremely delayed, and their response time is slow, with replies only coming in between 1 AM and 5 AM. This has been very disappointing and frustrating. Update: After 15 business days, they still hadn't shipped. I requested to cancel my order three times, but they ignored me, only to respond that it would ship soon. Eventually, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank, and a day later, they provided a tracking number, although they hadn't actually sent it; they just created it. I informed them I wouldn't accept any package, and they later emailed saying they would refund my money. I will not be ordering from them again.
