Harassing phone calls 4 times a day……

Harassing phone calls 4 times a day… everytime I block a number they persist & call from another number. I’ve asked nicely for them to remove me from their database & I’ve asked them in rage but still the calls keep coming. Shocking company!!

Mydieselclaim.com - Raised their fees for diesel claims

I too received this email informing me that fee upped due to their typo - DISGUSTING. I replied saying that i will stick to the original documentation I signed up for. They say they cannot continue with your claim if you do not agree to the new terms. They should have checked their documents before issuing. Complete sham. The closing date for claiming has now passed so we cant go anywhere else and they know that. THEY knowingly waited until after the deadline to announce this. Totally Abysmal.

A joke of a company

like just about every other reviewer i have now had the email telling me that due to a clerical error they now want to break the contract and charge 50% of any money you get ,this type of mistake is simply not something a reputable legal company would make and continue making over and over again it can only be a scam to get you to sign up and hope you cant be bothered to cancel things with them, how they can be allowed to continue doing this type of business is beyond me.

As like all others,I to received the…

As like all others,I have received the 35% to 50% change email. What a joke these people are. As a mechanic I would love one of these fools "who don't employ proof readers" to come to my garage and I will leave 15% of all nuts and bolts not returned to their specific holes, and let's see what happens then. I would of course ask them to readparagraph 1C. Amendment .1.15 Any problems brought to my attention. how about you go f#$I yourselves

Like all the other persons commenting…

Like all the other persons commenting on the mistake this company have made with their fees. I have replied to the email saying I don’t agree with the changes. It’s extortionate, day light robbery . Is there anything we can do as a group to take action against them ?

Agree but think first

I got the same emails as the other reviewers and feel the same. I am searching for the original documents to look at again, but the FAQs on the first page of the mydieselclaim website states that“ If the case is won, a percentage will be deducted from your compensation costs to cover legal fees, court fees, and our success fee. Unlike some other firms, we cap our fees at a maximum of 50% inclusive of VAT, although the actual fee may be as low as 20%.”Also, MoneySavingExpert.com advises the if you stop the claim now, “you may be liable for legal costs – depending on the firm's terms and conditions and how far your case has progressed.” And after this length of time could be £000’s.So Pogust/mydieselclaim.com win either way

SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR BY A SHAMELESS COMPANY

Like all others, I have received the absolutely shameful email claiming that the original contract I signed had contained an "error" and that although they had intended that their fee would amount to 50% of any claim settled by the manufacturer, the contract had been incorrectly printed with a fee of 35%. They are therefore seeking my agreement to an increase to 50%!I have told them no. And as advised by an earlier post, I shall send them a pre-action letter warning them of a breach of contract, should they try to bulldoze this through, or attempt to close down my claim. This behaviour is despicable.

Legalised Thieves

This company are spending a fortune in tv/radio advertising and they are sponsoring big sport events. How can they manage to do so? All advertising from these scammers should be removed from our screens, events that accept their sponsorship should be ashamed.Everybody needs to be made aware of such behaviour from a so called "We will help you" company.

I actually never agreed to this company…

I actually never agreed to this company acting on my behalf, I simply put the vehicle registration details on the website to see if a claim was possibly. I did not fill out the other details and certainly did not sign anything with regards them proceeding with the claim on my behalf. I receive an email on the 28/06/2023 stating documentation had errors on it the claim was 35% when I enquired and now it is 50% apparently a mistake made. Yeah right companies like these do not make mistakes like that. I have consequently emailed them to tell them I no longer wish them to act on my behalf. I have also written to them sent recorded delivery outlining the very same. I would rather get nothing than let this greedy company get away with it. Sadly with a cost of living crisis they are bargaining that the majority will agree to the new terms as some money is better than none. However I would rather stand by my principles and leave them with nothing along with myself.
