It won't stop spamming me. I went to put in a claim, but then didn't have any details about the car. That was about 2 years ago now, and I'm still receiving spam from this place. I have checked and double checked the emails, but there is no unsubscribe button. I have tried calling, but no one answers. They just send out spam.
Has with everybody here on trust pilot we are having the same issues, emails and promises that our case is going to court keep asking for more and more information I don’t know how these company’s get on Tv and social media when they are at the end of the day scamming people if these aren’t a genuine company then who is today.
****99.9% convinced this company is doing nothing, other than obtaining people's personal information*** Quite clearly a scam. My claim has been going on for over 6 years and it's just the same old email...getting closer, provide more details, fill out this form.... blah blah. Don't think anything is happening other than an increase in spam emails and calls. Scam company
Very hard to rate as I don't honestly know what's going on.Filed two claims for two separate vehicles. Filled in the questionnaires that were subsequently sent, then all I have had are emails saying to fill the questionnaires in. When I try to do this, I am told that I have already completed them, yet I still get asked to fill them in - basically the same thing that seems to be happening to everyone else.So, I don't know. Have they added me to the group claim or not? No idea at all. If they have then happy days, but if not, then not good. You can only sign up with one firm so people need to know if they've been taken on or not.
Once again these lowlife, useless, incompetent load of prat’s have again asked for the confirmation of mt registration number - problem is I have done it several times but they don’t seem to understand it - same car, same registration nothing has changed.A load of useless scammers who if they had any decency would have an email address you can reply to - my reply is simple- “ go forward and multiply “ and I would advise all to send a similar review.I wonder what the clearly toothless law society thinks of this or do they condone this totally unacceptable behaviour- 94% of respondents to the Trustpilot site can’t be wrong ——- or can they —— lawyers often have an over inflated opinion of themselves and how crap they are!Steer clear, don’t get involved.
Leave me the f*** alone or I will report you, at no point have I actually submitted a claim yet you keep emailing me. Have tried cancelling and yet you still email me this is not acceptable. Take my email and any details you have of mine off your system ASAP.
They emailed me months ago stating, would I agree if they change their claim from 30% to 40% for them.I disagreed and asked them not to ago ahead with the claim, since then they've continued to email me asking for further information and still pursuing this claim, I'm sick of asking them to stop with the claim.Stay clear of this company there's better ones out there
