Untrustworthy, slow, very stupid, unable to proof read their own lies. Do not sign up to this company it is an obvious scam. Have been waiting an age for any updates only to be told they are upping their fees. Utter utter rubbish. They ought to be sanctioned and banned for this scam. Avoid at all costs.
wrote a review on here 28th of June and had a reply from my diesel.com telling me that they were sorry for my experience and that they would get in touch with me as of today still no reply so am going ahead and sending all my information to Rip Of Britain and if all the people that have left reviewers on here do the same then maybe something will be done.
This company sent out a change or rates after contracts have been signed. It hasn't instilled confidence in the company or the process. Clear and honest promotion would give them a better rating and encourage other people to sign up. Very dissapointed.
Shocking behaviour from this company. I signed an agreement at the start which stated if my claim is successful they would take 35% of the fees won. Around 2 weeks ago I received another email implying they made a "mistake" in their first email and the commission they'd take would be 50% instead of the 35% initially suggested . Frauds!
I too received an email, telling me I had until the 11th of July to agree to their new terms. The trouble with that is, I only checked if my vehicle was eligible, they wanted more details, which I didn't give & closed the browser. I am fuming, how dare they open an account, which I didn't agree to. I will be contacting them in the morning. Disgraceful.
