Gutted that this company seem to be dragging this out… sending the same email over and over again asking for the same information. Was hoping that for once I’d actually be lucky and get something back like others do. But i refuse to keep finding up all my details to resend the information so looks like i won’t be receiving any compensation

They Sold my telephone number to god…

They Sold my telephone number to god knows who and now I get 4-5 calls on a good day and 8-10 calls on a bad day it’s boarding on harassment I block each number and they just call with new ones from Liverpool,london,slough,Glasgow,Cardiff ect all in India I’m going to have to change my number if it doesn't stop

I rang them over a year ago to ask if this was a email scam I was advised it wasn’t. So over two years later the same shite email repeating that I can add cars to my claim periodically pop up. Exactly what I thought SCAM.

Absolutely Useless Company

Absolutely Useless Company. They are consantly sending emails asking for information I have already given them. I have signed the documentation to enable them to proceed but again a barrage of emasils telling me I have 5 days/3 days left to sign. When I open the document it is totally obvious there is a signature. They are either blind or stupid. These are lawyers?????????? I would trust them to defend my goldfish, if I had one!

Fed up now.

I am still getting requests for all my details and to fill in a claim form. I really have lost count of the amount of time I have sent my details in to this very bad firm. I have even tried emailing them and told them I'm fed up of filling in the claim form and I've photocopied my B5c so many time it's beginning to fade. I'm not filling in this claim form again as I'm fed up with them. Nothing like their TV ad when all those people say they have got paid X amount of £'s, when nobody in reality has received anything.

I went through deisel claims I have since been in undated with marketing calls from India about deisel claims. I must have had 20 calls over the weekend. Each time I ask them to remove my details. 😡😡😡

Sent in details almost a year ago.. just keep getting emails relating to the vehicles asking me that same information I have given multiple times. It’s getting tedious now. I’ve given up responding. Seems like a data harvest. Waste of time. Don’t bother.

Constant cold calls

Constant cold calls, sometimes twice a day. They switch numbers so blocking them does not work. Asked to be removed nicely and aggressively. Makes no difference. Horrible experience, I wish it would stop!
