OMG! This is horrendous!! What have we got ourselves into?? I've previously left my review and since then I've been desperately trying to get hold of them, you have to get a confirmation email or letter from them that your claim has been cancelled, before you can take on someone else, to avoid 2 bills, these people are crooks, the deadline is only 2 weeks now, please post if anyone has any luck getting hold of them and how they did it, but I won't hold my breath, I think we should all be rather worried on the outcome of this!!
I'm starting too suspect this company is one big fraud. Over 2 years into claim still asking for info, latest being prove what euro status van is. Anyone can look that up. And now told I may have to pay legal costs if I don't comply. How do we know they haven't received payments and just kept them. Trading standards and police will hopefully take notice.
They want a share of any compensation that you get but don’t want to ‘talk’ to you.Sent me a discontinuation letter saying my car was a petrol one. DVLA details prove otherwise, and I put a lot of diesel in it whilst I had it. I’m sure that the engine would have not taken kindly to that if it was petrol.
I too just received a letter saying my car is ineligible. Now reading others have experienced the same it appears that they will get the compensation due but fobbing off people like us so they can keep the compensation or its a very good ID fraud scam.
I keep getting Deisel Claims calls about my 2021 registration Citroen EC4 car ... It is an Electric vehicle. How stupid are these people ... To ring me up 4 or 5 times a week about an Electric Vehicle and how I can claim £1000's for being mis sold a deisel car.
THEY GAVE A LINK TO CANCE but it never work ? is this a scam ?I did not want to go ahead but cant cancel. ridiculous They said if I do nothing they will continue my claim which is also ridiculous, I thought I will actively sign for them to continue ? again are they scammers ?
How can I give less than 1 star to this company. It seems they are fake, have collected my personal information about 2 Diesel cars (almost 2 years back) and then no further details from them and no idea of the status of the claim.
