Constant cold calls

Constant cold calls, sometimes twice a day. They switch numbers so blocking them does not work. Asked to be removed nicely and aggressively. Makes no difference. Horrible experience, I wish it would stop!

Gave my diselclaim 6 vehicles to deal with the not provided no correspondence in 18 months just plenty of cold calls. Knowing nothing of any emails on the vehicles in question now using Leigh Day solicitors don’t be taken for a ride by this company

MINUS 1000 stars for endless cold calling

If it was possible to give these scammers a -1000 star review I would. I just got yet another unsolicited phone call from them despite me warning them every time they phone that I will report them to the police if they do not remove me from their database. I've even had the caller get aggressive with me on the phone when I have told them this! For anyone who doesn't know, if you request to be removed from the database of a company/ scammer that phones you unsolicited, they are legally obliged to do so. These scammers have not done that with me and it seems I'll have to go further to stop them.There is plenty of guidance on the internet on how to handle this and good guidance on how to do it in writing. Why should we have to take the time to do all that? Very annoying.

This seems to be quite wrong

This seems to be quite wrong. I offered my FULL details in August 2021. MDC confirmed this by email. I am now getting repeated emails asking me to ‘Complete these steps to avoid missing out on compensation’ before 15th Feb 24. The link provided is always broken so I have no idea what the steps are.My guess is that MDC will receive compensation from the manufacturers and then will pay those who managed to ‘confirm their details’. What will stop them keeping the rest? This is just a hunch.If everyone has got the same link as me then there won’t be many claims paid. They’ve already emailed in June 23 to say their commission was rising from 35% to 50% due to a ‘mistake’. Now it appears they want the lot.

Fell for the compensation trap years…

Fell for the compensation trap years ago. Periodic calls and emails asking for repeated information. I also recall correspondence that their fee was increasing substantially - I think it was something like doubling - meaning any 'compensation' was dramatically reduced. Since then I've ignored them. I'd rather not fund their nonsense and I do hope they don't continue to include us and keep the money themselves.

Don’t waste your time unless you like spam

Don’t waste your time, since signing up I’m getting loads of cold calls, loads of scam calls and loads of spam emails. If something is too good to be true, then it probably is. Should be able to give zero stars

Same as everyone else, just keep asking for information every couple of weeks and it’s the same information they asked for previously. Most likely selling it off somewhere.
