It will be a marathon not a sprint

There's a lot of information to supply at the start and I didn't have everything but provided what I had .My claim has been accepted and the law firm has been providing me with periodical updates.

UTTER SCAM!!!

UTTER SCAM!!!! As virtually EVERY review on here says, they've taken TWO YEARS of 'investigation', frequent email requests for uploads of information already sent to them, to come back now two years on with an email saying "sorry, your car does not qualify for compensation".... Myself, and my wife both had cars matching their requirements two years ago, and we both had the "your car doesn't qualify" emails a couple of days ago. As others have said, it looks VERY suspicious and i wouldn't be suprised if their intention all along was to use our details to scam us and pocket the money for themselves. UTTER SCAM, BEWARE!

Is this a con

I was told if I had bought my car within certain dates I had a claim (I did) After a couple of years and having to dig out umpteen documents and agreements get them scanned I have just received an email saying my car was purchased on a date not affected by the emissions scandal. These people have gathered lots of information including copies of legal documents. The do not strike me as a reputable firm and it worries me that they have all this information was this their intention from the start?

Worthless

Worthless. Endless rounds of questionnaires over TWO years, repetive document uploads, loads of emails back and forth. Now I was just told they dont think my car is the right sort of car after all, so bye bye.BEWARE ,,, you could be in for a very, very pointless ride.

I think this is a scam

I think this is a scam. Constantly asking the same questions, which seems to have gone on for years. Now to my horror requesting to use my vehicle as a sample vehicle, which requires them acquiring my vehicle. Wow like I'm just giving my vehicle to complete strangers to test.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. They have just written to me claiming that my 2010, Mercedes C250, CDI, blue efficiency is in fact petrol! and want me to provide further documentation confirming it is diesel; a quick check with DVLA would do it.The whole process is complete nonsense. Beware!

Nonsense

MyDieselClaim keep sending me a link to a form which contains a nonsensical question: "You confirmed previously that the date of purchase is 42875. Is this date different from the date of your purchase agreement?"
