Unprofessional service and lack of communication. To summarize, my mother accidentally entered an extra digit while making a payment a few months ago. Despite our best efforts to reclaim the overpaid amount, the company refuses to refund us. I would consider legal action, but I'm unsure of the proper channels to take. Our last interaction was with a supervisor who assured us a check would be sent within 9 days. However, it has now been over 2 weeks without any sign of the check, and she has not returned our calls despite our requests. It seems like nobody is willing to answer the phone; we’re left to leave messages in vain.

I seriously doubt any improvement will come. Every six months, fees increased by $5, and when I disputed a charge that reached $172 over 14 years, I was hung up on. The content has declined significantly, and the customer service has been unhelpful. After being offered various rates, I was abruptly disconnected when I mentioned cheaper alternatives. The equipment is faulty and possibly dangerous. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
The service I received is truly exceptional! They provided me with a 2-year price guarantee, and even after that, they extended it for another 2 years. The quality far surpasses streaming options, and I have no intention of going back. I am very grateful for this service.
I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service. As a customer for over 20 years, I've seen a drastic decline, especially since the pandemic. Customer service is poor, and tech support is inadequate. It's frustrating to deal with representatives overseas who are hard to understand. I am actively seeking another provider.
I reached out to the company's president regarding promised free months, but my messages were ignored. I was initially told my charges would be corrected, but when I followed up, I was met with silence. Even after multiple attempts to get clarification, I was cut off due to my inquiries. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
I wish I had checked reviews before signing up. I attempted to cancel but was persuaded to put my account on hold instead. They continued to charge me, and when I tried to cancel again, they offered a refund only if I didn’t go through with the cancellation. Very shady practices!
