Frustrating Authorization Loop

I bought a software product but have been unable to use it due to an authorization loop in the portal. The license appears active on their end, yet the software is stuck in trial mode despite multiple reinstalls and troubleshooting attempts. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially when I'm ready to work but can't. I'm hoping the support team resolves this issue, but it's been quite frustrating as they only respond once a day.

Experiencing Continuous Authorization Issues

I acquired a software product but have been unable to utilize it due to an ongoing authorization loop in the portal. No Response from Customer Support

I've sent multiple emails without any reply from customer service. It seems like others are facing similar issues. I bought this through a payment plan and will reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charges after the last payment processes.

Terrible Customer Experience

The customer experience has been truly disappointing. The portal was unreliable and caused significant disruptions in my workflow. After it merged my account with another service, nothing worked anymore. Licenses that were valid are now invalid. I’ve unsubscribed and will not return.

Difficult and Time-Consuming Process

It used to be straightforward to download a trial, purchase it, and be done. Now, with the new portal, I waste hours trying to navigate it. I don't understand why someone thought complicating the process was a good idea. I'm finished with this service; I recommend using alternatives that work seamlessly.

A Disappointing Decline

A great era has come to an end. This was the best plugin for home studios until it was acquired. Now, it crashes every time I open my software. I've been struggling for a week to remove all traces of the previous product. This acquisition has ruined everything.
