After sales support is awesome.I've bought a Veteran Sherman, and over 2000 km later it died on me. Luckily I was pushing it in my hands when it happened, so, no injuries or damage to the wheel occured. I was sure the motor broke, because even when the power was off the wheel was hard to spin.When I reached out to MyEWheel, they helped debug the problem. Made photos along the way and concluded that not the motor but the motherboard was in fault. They sent me a brand new board with heatsink attached, free of charge. After exchanging the faulty part, my wheel is working again, and I'm super happy.Big thanks to MyEWheel for trusting me, and leading my hand to cure my beloved wheel from this rare disease.
