Any company that would aid in, or help 'spin' violence that harms others is worthy of being shut down in Canada. So long as you work with ICE in the united states, or any such organization or regime the public will know, and like me, I hope never patronize or enrich you.

Frustrating experience with this platform

We are really struggling with this platform; the technology is significantly lacking compared to standards, and the costs are much higher than competitors. The contracts are overly restrictive and difficult to navigate - we missed the cancellation window by just five days, and they refuse to let us out of the agreement. We can't even utilize the tool, yet they want to charge us half of our annual fee for early termination. This has been the worst experience I've encountered with any platform.

Not Customer Focused

We are really struggling with this platform; the technology is subpar and the pricing is significantly higher than competitors. The contracts are overly restrictive—after missing a cancellation deadline by 5 days, they won't release us from our commitment. We can't even utilize the tool, yet they expect us to pay 50% of our annual fee to terminate early. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with any platform.

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid using this service; they lure you in with a free trial, but when you want to switch to a similar service afterward, they hold your social media hostage. I've spent 5 weeks trying to get them to release it so I can move on, and there's been no progress.

Our Experience Has Been Frustrating

Working with this service has been exceedingly frustrating. There’s no way to reach a real person via phone, chat, or email for even basic account issues. We signed up in October, but due to user access limitations, our IT team had to create a second account. After closing the original, we've been double billed ever since. We've reached out multiple times and still haven’t received a meaningful response. It feels impossible to get support from this company. Beware—do not use this service. In contrast, another platform has been a pleasure to work with.

Great Features, Lacking Support

We've been using this platform for years and really appreciate its capabilities—it's powerful and user-friendly. However, when issues arise, the customer service is frustrating. Recently, all our Instagram Business connections failed, disrupting posts for multiple clients. We followed all troubleshooting steps, confirming it wasn't a permissions issue, yet support has been slow and unhelpful. Not having a connection—its primary purpose—is critical, and I find it frustrating to explain to clients why their posts are delayed.

Convenient for Social Media Management

Having all our social media accounts consolidated in one place has been incredibly useful. With multiple Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, being able to post once instead of duplicating efforts has saved us a lot of time.
