I ordered a pyjama for Christmas but forgot to select express delivery. I reached out to the support team, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded, despite the time difference. They easily made the necessary changes for me. Additionally, the option to track my order on the website is very convenient.

I placed an order and received emails shortly after requesting more money for absurd reasons, including an extra charge for express shipping that I had already paid for. They delayed my cancellation request, claiming it was too late to refund. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it, and they refused to help! They are now saying they won’t refund or ship until I pay even more to cancel my order, even though I acted promptly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! SCAMMERS!
After ordering, I requested a preview of the pyjamas and received a quick response. When my friend received her gift on the other side of the country, she was thrilled and loved that our faces were printed all over them! Great job and thank you for such an amazing gift idea!
