I think it’s incredibly misleading to represent as an Australian based business then have all the orders shipped out of china which take forever. Also the quality of the printing is terrible. My socks have come and the pictures are pixilated and faces are warped. Entirely unimpressed.
Easy process to order Father’s Day gift, that’s cool and something unique. Although my order was partially incorrect, I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and send out a new product. Before they did that, I got an email to approve the final product.
Ordered a Christmas present in December 2024. Researched the company said was Australian. I have wasted much time and communication giving this company the benefit of the doubt to no avail!! They have successfully taken my money and I have no product despite their constant reassurance that they will send it in 7 -14 days. Have waited 7 months before writing this review and I’m done. Don’t order from them!!
