Today is Feb 16, 2 days after Valentine’s Day and 8 days after I placed an order hoping to surprise my wife. No flowers and No surprise!
There was an email that said the flowers were delivered but I was with my wife at the home address all day. I contacted them with an hour of the erroneous delivery email hoping to still salvage the day. All I got was a canned response reassuring me that this was a legitimate business ( severe doubts now on my part) and that they would look into it.
I would NOT ever order from this scam site again.

An order was placed in advance for Valentine’s Day, the single most predictable, commercially critical date in a florist’s calendar. The flowers never arrived. No delivery. No update. No explanation, just a copy paste message on WhatsApp assuring customers they are a legitimate business and not a scam.
Valentine’s Day is not a surprise event. It happens on the same date every year. Any business operating in this industry knows exactly what demand looks like. Accepting orders you cannot fulfil is not “overwhelmed.” It is dishonest and cynical.
The absence of communication speaks volumes. No proactive update. No attempt at resolution. Just silence. A florist’s role is to help people mark important moments. Instead, this company undermined one.
There are many businesses that value reliability and customer trust. This is clearly not one of them.
Avoid entirely.
If you care about your loved one and this is for an event, anniversary or important date then DO NOT TRUST this company.
Ordered for Valentine's Day and was never delivered. Charged a premium for Valentine's day also. Terrible communication. Receiver told they "forgot" her order. Now the day is completely ruined and she is beyond upset.
Zero helpful response from Whatsapp. Generic message back not answering any of the concerns stated. Not 24 hours as they claim, messages don't even deliver for hours.
Again, if your care about your loved one use a different company. If your plan is to ruin their Valentine's Day and embarrass them then this is the company for you.
I advise against ordering from My Florista.Ph. My husband, who is in Singapore, placed an order for Valentine’s Day flowers for me and our daughter, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I’ve tried calling them multiple times, but no one answers. My husband has been sending flowers every year since 1995, and this is the first time our special tradition has been disrupted because of their service.

Flowers arrived in good packaging. So far so good. But its kinda weird that the contact numbers arent working at all. Poor communication as they will only message you on the day of delivery. I suggest you better find a smoother flower delivery shop.
They have very poor customer service. There is no guarantee that your order will get delivered even if you have paid for the flowers. My order never arrived but my payment is with them. They will come up with excuses and say it’s their company policy. Do not take a risk on this flowershop.
