I fully enjoyed the learning and personal growth through this study. The material provided helped me to grasp the parameters observed in counselling skills and I was able to reflect and apply it to my work and personal life. The course challenged me and I'm glad I accomplished the effort it took to record a simulated counselling session with my volunteer. It has helped me gain confidence in my helping relationships as a care worker and in my personal life too.I fully appreciated the extensions that were granted to me to complete my studies due to a busy work and personal life. The feedback was kind and helpful.
It’s early days, but so far I have been really impressed with the communication I get from the support staff. I am being supplied with a huge amount of reading material and am about to embark on my first assignment. I am also a bit rusty using new technology but so far I have found it all pretty straightforward. I am doing Level 3 in Counselling.
I’ve been sent the wrong course after speaking to several people about the course I signed up for, I’ve also been sent someone else’s personal information, including their name, address and date of birth..I’ve left voice messages and emails and no one has got back to me…So I will now look elsewhere to do my original course…what’s worse, is someone else has my personal information…not impressed!!
