Review Time
I was sent a link by this company to review what I think of the process so far on my course, which really surprised me, as all I have experienced is ongoing problems and extremely poor service. At this point, I am genuinely questioning whether I have been dealing with real people or automated responses, because nothing about this process has felt coordinated or human.I’ve applied for a free government-funded Level 2 Counselling course and was accepted, but everything that followed has been chaotic. On 31/12/2025, I was asked to submit a tax form as proof of earnings, which I provided correctly. Despite this, the administrator repeatedly rejected it without giving any clear reason. The communication went back and forth via email, then a phone call, then text messages, and finally, a completely different administrator contacted me again, asking for proof of earnings. None of them appeared to have read any of the previous messages. At this point, I asked for someone from senior management to contact me; this process took about 2 weeks. I eventually spoke to a senior staff member, who apologised for the mistakes and told me my proof of earnings I sent was correct. The next step required me to complete the Get to Know Me form. I accessed the form, filled in my details, and was then asked to click on my course, Level 2 in Counselling, and read the course profile through a link. The link returns a Page Not Found error every time. I checked the other course links on the same page, and they all opened without issue, confirming the problem is not on my side. To complete the “Get to know me form”, I must tick a box confirming that I have read the course notes, but the link does not work. I reported this immediately. It is a simple technical issue, yet I am now on my third administrator, and still no one has fixed it. The same circular conversations continue with no progress, and because none of them communicate with each other, I am forced to explain the problem from the beginning again and again.Every part of this experience is fully evidenced in my emails, messages, and the complete timeline of events. I have clear proof of the delays, the repeated explanations, the lack of continuity, and the ongoing disorganisation. Nothing in this review is based on opinion. It is based entirely on documented facts. At this point, I would like someone more senior than the staff I have already dealt with to contact me directly. I expect an acknowledgement that this situation has been handled inadequately and that the company is prepared to take responsibility for the mistakes made. I am asking for the organisation to recognise the extent of the problem, accept accountability, and finally resolve the issue properly.No learner should have to fight this hard or endure this level of stress simply to access a government-funded course. I am sharing this review to ensure transparency and to highlight the need for meaningful improvement.
This course was amazing for me for various reason 1. It's layout was easy to follow and understand, which was great for me as it wasn't overwhelming. 2. I doubt my self so much that this course has helped me prove to myself that I am capable of doing this if I put my mind to it. So for all of that, thank you very much, I look forward to another course in the future
