This is a fraudulent operation on social media. Avoid them at all costs. I placed an order on 28/11/25 and paid through a platform that misleads you into thinking you are protected, but you are not. I reached out to the seller multiple times with no response. Consequently, I've reported this as fraud to my bank to recover my payment, informed the platform about the scam to have them shut down, and reported them to the national fraud crime agency and the police to take action against these scammers. I now have a crime number and multiple investigations underway. Everyone should take similar action and not allow their children to choose gifts from fraudulent sellers on social media!

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received any updates or the items I ordered for my daughter! I tried contacting them via email and their so-called online chat, but received no response at all! Complete scam - do not order!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Please, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. It's a scam. We ordered jeans for £60 that did not match the appearance or fabric shown on the site. They do not respond to inquiries and do not allow returns or refunds. This was a costly mistake; I wish we had read these reviews beforehand.
Subpar quality, misleading images, and no return option. I bought three items and was disappointed with all of them. The hoodie looked cheap and the colors were off, the jeans didn't fit properly, and the only decent item was a shirt that was smaller than expected. I spent a significant amount of money and can’t return anything due to their strict policy. It feels like a waste of time and money. Please read their return policy carefully before ordering. I regret shopping here.
