They’re all riders that understand and have a passion and love for this sport! They have the same mindsets and understand what exactly we are looking for. Not only are they priced EXTREMELY well! They’re absolutely amazing in every way!

I called to verify some information on some Shinko tires that I am looking at online and to see if they have a part I need in stock for my Vulcan 900. Ron L. answered my call and was very informative and respectful. He gave me the answers I needed on the tires and also helped me make the right decision on the part I need. I ordered from MotoSport and paid extra for faster shipping. On their website, it said the order would ship within 6 to 9 days and then arrive 3 to 4 days after that. I waited the full 9 days only to find out they needed another 9 days before shipping. As a workshop owner, I can’t afford these kinds of delays because they make me lose credibility with my customers. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t order from them again.

I placed an order and paid partially with a gift card and the remaining on my CC, several days later I received an email saying that some of the parts are no longer available. Completely understandable, but instead of refunding the parts cost back to CC they said they couldn’t for some reason and put the balance on the gift card. This has no benefit except that it ensures them another sale… very shady if you ask me. If I wouldn’t have ordered the parts they said they could get but couldn’t the gift card would have been used and then little to no money on the CC. Then I had to buy the parts elsewhere, costing me more money out of pocket. They have lost me as a customer, once the remaining gift card balance is used up I will not return.
