Frustrating Restrictions

You exclude participants from your surveys even though they are in the country. Those of us who rely on certain services for internet access are unable to participate, despite living in Australia. This exclusion is frustrating, especially since reliable internet is not available everywhere. Please address these issues so that everyone can join in; I've been a member for many years but am now shut out of surveys.

Good Experience Overall but Issues Persist

Overall, my experience is good, but too frequently the server disconnects when I’m nearly done with a survey. It’s really frustrating, particularly when I can’t re-enter to finish it. I don’t earn any points after spending at least 10 minutes, sometimes longer, on a survey. This happens too often.
