Rubbish product. Ordered a custom made puzzle with pictures of mine which were good quality images. Puzzle arrived today. Does not come with a box for puzzle. The image itself is super glossy, so the pictures look really bad and are hard to see (making the puzzle hard)...and most disappointingly: The pieces are really thin and printed on bad quality paper. AND the puzzle has not yet been pulled apart, meaning you have to do it...and most of the pieces are still stuck together, so the paper then rips and you, yourself, essentially ruin the already crap puzzle.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!Purchased on the TODAY SPECIAL 75% off deal, with countdown clock...two weeks ago, which I since discovered is same deal every day by the way, so again...scam. Go elsewhere. Really disappointing.
I ordered a jigsaw with one of my own photos to be inserted into a jigsaw. The product was not to my liking and of poor quality so I requested a refund. This request was ignored and was advised that it was sent back to production, and they could not recall once sent to production. Every time I tried to contact them by return email it bounced back as "undeliverable". Noting that the address that was always on the email was in Germany. I just gave up in the end. Thank god it was a special and didn't pay full price.
Unfortunately what started as a good experience turned into a bad one and I would recommend you avoid this company. I ordered an acrylic print and it arrived more or less when they said. As it was a Christmas present, I didn't open it and it was opened on Christmas day. Strangely it was missing the wall mounts despite there website saying "Each one comes with a convenient hanging system at the back." When I contacted them they said that I needed to pay extra when I ordered it and that they couldn't even sell them separately. I pointed out that their website said (and still says) EACH PRINT comes with a hanging system - not "a hanging system is an optional extra". Despite trying 3 times, they still refuse to supply the promised hanging system and I have a print still sitting on the floor. Very frustrating and extremely poor customer service, let alone false advertising. Take your business elsewhere. Thank you for your reply. Since I Can't reply to that, my order # is AUO01900881645.
