Misleading advertisement on social media - very disappointing. The ad clearly depicted a miniature stand mixer, but what I received was just a flat acrylic disk. I reached out to the support team on December 14th, and I am still waiting for a reply. This service should be embarrassed by this experience!

After numerous tries to inquire about my order status, they finally sent my ornament with my name misspelled. I will not shop with this service again and plan to report their inadequate customer support.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a football ornament for my daughter and grandson as it was his last year playing high school football. I was shocked and disappointed upon receiving it. It's so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to read the name and number! There's no customer service number to call for follow-up. $26 for this is outrageous!

I ordered two football shoulder pad ornaments. When they finally arrived, one box contained one ornament, while the other box was empty. There's no way to contact them by phone, and they don't respond to emails.

Avoid this service!

I ordered personalized ornaments for Christmas. DO NOT do this! The names are in the correct order on one side of the ornament, but on the other side, they are in reverse order. I contacted the company, and they offered me a 10% refund, then a 30% refund. They don't want the items back because they can't resell them. This company is aware of the issues with personalized double-sided ornaments but has no solutions. Very disappointing.
