This is a scam company. I am unable to use my keypad to select menu options when I make calls from the UK to banks or companies in UK. They were ALL NOT premium numbers! Most UK companies and institutions require one to select an option when contacting them so it is useless if it can't be used.
Total waste of money – Expired before I even used it properly!I bought a £5 Talk Home phone card and tried using it several times, just to dial a number – nobody even answered the calls! I didn’t get a chance to have an actual conversation, and suddenly the card expired. I lost my money without using a single minute of talk time. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be careful – your credit might expire even if you haven’t used it. I will never use Talk Home again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone!
