Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an order on 26th November 2025, and as of today, 18th December 2025, I have yet to receive it. While the brand is known for its supplements, the customer service in India leaves much to be desired. The confusion between the company and its delivery partner has resulted in my product being delayed for over 20 days, without any prior notice or updates. If there's no customer support in India, it might be better for the brand to exit the market rather than mislead customers with ineffective marketing. Instead of focusing on promotions and influencer partnerships, they should prioritize customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and quality products. I still have not received my refund or a clear explanation for this inconvenience. I have had to escalate this issue through social media and consumer rights forums to seek clarity. The website claims delivery within 4 to 7 working days, yet here I am, waiting over 20 days without notification about the delay. If this is how they operate, then they are not a trustworthy brand and may be perceived as a scam in India.

No Response to Return Request Despite Prompt Action

I ordered 4 bottles of clear whey isolate and 2 bottles of dry scoop, but one bottle of clear whey was completely unusable due to spillage, and another bottle of dry scoop was rock hard from moisture exposure. I reached out within 24 hours of delivery and provided unboxing videos and photos, yet I have received no response from the company.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. They cancel orders arbitrarily and delete account IDs without any notice. When I inquired about this, I received no proper replies. They have a referral system, but if I refer someone, they claim it's ID abuse. If they're charging for products, they shouldn't block customer accounts. I have been a consistent customer, but the staff's behavior is unacceptable.
