Review Time
This is not a UK-based company! I was told delivery would be within 3 days, but it actually took 3 weeks and the item shipped from China. The website indicated that the coat was genuine leather, yet the label states it is 100% polyester! When I reached out to customer service to share photos of the unsatisfactory item, I received a response saying the recipient's email was unreachable. I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase; now I have to attempt to recover my money through my credit card provider!
My coat took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it was poorly made and didn’t fit well. A total waste of time and money, and now I have to pay for the return and wait for a refund—if it even happens. Stay away from them. They are not based where they claim, which is very misleading. Never again.
I deeply regret not reading reviews before placing my order with this questionable company! I ordered a coat, which took a month to arrive, and the quality was incredibly disappointing. After my initial email, I was told I could return it for a refund, but my follow-up emails with photos and requests for the return address have gone unanswered for over a week now! It's shocking that they can get away with taking over £50 from me!
I wish I had checked reviews before making a purchase. They present themselves as a local company selling British brands, yet they ship from abroad. Their shipping policy claims 1 business day for processing and 4 for delivery, but I'm now 7 business days in, and my order is still overseas. To make matters worse, the items I received are counterfeit. They deny this and refuse to process a refund or cancel the order. Based on other reviews, I doubt I’ll see any money back, even once the order eventually arrives. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Completely unacceptable—avoid at all costs! I would rate zero stars if possible. The product I received was of the lowest quality and the wrong size, and returning it is impossible due to the nonexistent customer service. I had to rely on my bank’s policy to recover my money. Never again!
Do not purchase from here! I ordered a coat for £52, and when it arrived, it was of poor quality and missing the hood as described. I sent three emails over three days and eventually received a response requesting pictures of the coat and reasons for my return. I provided that information immediately and asked for a return address, but they refused to disclose it until they reviewed my submission. Now, I’m on day eight since my initial return request and have received nothing but silence despite my follow-up emails. Terrible customer service and awful quality.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered trainers thinking they were coming from a local source, but they arrived in the wrong color and of extremely poor quality. Like others, I initially received a reply about sending photos, but now I’ve heard nothing. My daughter suggested checking reviews online, and I wish I had done that sooner. Lesson learned. It’s puzzling how they maintain a 3.2 average rating with so many one-star reviews.
