Regrettably, the item I received did not match the advertised quality. The image on my product is so dark that it’s nearly impossible to see. I’ve checked the photo I provided, and it looks fine. However, the quality of the product I received is simply unacceptable.

I ordered an item 16 days ago, paying extra for VIP delivery, which was supposed to arrive within 7 business days. I reached out 10 days later and was assured my order would be prioritized in production, even though I should have already received it. Now, 16 days later, I still have no updates. This was meant as a gift for a specific event, so I cannot recommend this service. I will post another review once I finally receive the item to share my thoughts on its quality.
AVOID THIS SERVICE! I ordered a product expecting it to be in my country (as indicated in the name), but it was not! When it finally arrived, the sound quality was terrible and hard to listen to. The image was blurry, and the magnet wouldn’t even stick to the fridge! It was utterly useless. I paid extra for Bluetooth functionality, but I can't use it because the speakers are subpar. I spent a total of £24.08, including shipping, and they are only willing to refund me £12. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I feel like I've wasted my money, which is already tight as a single parent! AVOID THIS SERVICE!
Even after opting for priority production and shipping, totaling £15 of a £43 order, I am still waiting for my product due to shipping delays from overseas. They only have an online contact form and a Gmail account that goes unanswered. I will not receive my anniversary gift on time. The service they provide for the price is outrageous; we're inadvertently enriching the wrong people.
I made a payment in February, and now it’s the end of March. They are refusing to refund me after insisting that my address was incorrect in their system. I even provided them with screenshots of my address from online and Google Maps. This feels like a scam.
