i bought a knife, and the sellers didnt send it twice, so i cancelled it, third time, the seller also didnt send it, so i cancelled it, and now its stuck on delivery status changing, and i didnt get the funds back to my account, support is not replying after 2 hours. I'll change this review once my issue is resolved.
I registered, provided my email and a trade link, then selected the skin I wanted to purchase, verified everything, and added $20 to my balance. When I clicked "Buy Skin," an error appeared, stating I needed to specify their extension. I reached out to the support team for clarification, and they mentioned it was a security measure to help locate the trade link. However, I had already provided that information during registration, and it was not included. When I pointed this out, they suggested I check their plugin code but failed to provide the link and have since ignored my messages. I strongly advise against using their service or downloading their extension. They may claim the plugin is for security, but other reputable platforms do not require this, and there are concerns about what the extension does with your data. So, I reiterate: DO NOT DOWNLOAD the extension. If you do, change your Steam password and consider reinstalling your browser. Additionally, if you add funds to your balance and later decide against purchasing a skin, be aware that you cannot withdraw your money, as their policies only allow withdrawals from earnings made through their platform.
This trading platform is incredibly frustrating! I highly advise against using it! The support team is completely ineffective. They respond the next day with generic automated replies. There are no consequences for trade reversals! If you decide to trade here, you are likely to lose your money!
