I’m a licensed hair stylist and I always like to try products out before offering them to my clients. I’m so happy I came across this company! Their clip in extensions were very full and shiny. I’m so happy to keep trying other products.
I ordered a hair topper and human hair wig. Spent almost $500 all together. Complete and utter waste of money. They were both so poorly made it was ridiculous. The wig smells and looks like horse hair. This company is a crook. I'm not even going to go through the bs hassle of returning. Lesson learned.
This company makes high quality hair extension clip-ins! I absolutely love the packaging and every piece of hair is untangled and comes wrapped carefully! The hair is soft and natural looking, there are so mamy color options as well! I love these, you have to try them!
I am not satisfied with the return policy. There was a protective covering on the item that I took off to check the true color. Now, I’m unable to return it. The color was not as described on the platform. Furthermore, there is an automatic monthly subscription fee that requires cancellation.
I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this matter. I purchased a jet black, 20” classic clip-in set for around $200, which is a significant amount for me as I am disabled and work from home. Upon opening the package, I noticed that despite the claim of being 100% human hair, the extensions felt more like straw than hair. I decided to wash them, thinking perhaps there was a protective coating, using an expensive sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and then dried them on a low setting. When I attempted to install them, they felt unusually heavy, something I've never experienced with other human hair clip-ins. The ends would not curl at all, and keeping them untangled was a frustrating challenge. It's incredibly disheartening to read positive reviews while having such a negative experience and losing $200 in the process. I just wanted to feel beautiful again after cutting my hair short, and now I'm left feeling disappointed and upset.
The hair I received is truly impressive compared to other popular options. I'm thrilled because, as a very light strawberry blonde, it's hard to find the right match, but the blonde balayage here perfectly complements my color. I purchased the clip-ins, and they are thick, soft, and hold curls beautifully.
I bought from a seller and was extremely happy with the product. The hair quality is excellent, feeling soft, looking natural, and it doesn't tangle easily. The price was also a strong point for me. AVOID THE TAPE-IN EXTENSIONS!!! I regret spending $300 on what has been the worst tape-in extensions I've ever had. I take excellent care of my extensions, but these are incredibly poor quality. There is excessive fallout, and they are definitely not 100% human hair. They tangle at the tapes, and the hair comes out in clumps. After just six weeks, I'm left with hardly any hair. It hurts to brush them so much. They look so bad that I haven't been able to wear my hair down for over a month. I'm eager to have them removed.
