Mia is a great customer service employee and very professional. You are lucky to have her. She was able to pull up my record with my stating my name only once. She was able to come up with a solution for my order and was extremely proficient in getting things resolved quickly and left me feeling very satisfied with her solution and knowledge.
The comany leads you to believe you are purchasing a medication from them, when in fact. They send the order to a RX company who then bills you for the meds you thought you already purchased. So in simple terms you pay for nothing. total fraud
FDA sent a warning letter on Sept 9, 2025 to Mattherw Stern, CEO of Mystartheath.
My edit is:
You can take the money I paid to you and send it to the RX company that provided the medication. You ripped off me and the RX company in one transaction.
What went wrong. I signed up for service and qualified
and ordered 3 months and paid received discount. All seemed to be going well almost to go to be true, should gotten my order 3 or 4 days now has been almost 2 weeks, called and was given a refund for part of payment was told problem was at pharmacy to many orders to process should be at end of week. Now I am at the end of week and called again was given another discount, told to wait again and should
get confirmation by tomorrow and should receive my order monday or tuesday. I am going off schedule tomorrow and now must order from local pharmacy and will have to pay $900.00 for 1 month. I have been on zepbound for the past year and have been successful but the cost for myself and wife was to much. We are trying to lower cost and this seemed to be the best choice, but if we can't get the product because of cost it seems our health will suffer. I asked to be connected with the CEO Mathew Stern but we will see!
I would have given this a five star review if they would have sent my medication on time. The 1st dose was sent about 10 days after joining. The second dose was received 12 days past the date I was to take it. The 3rd dose was10-12 days late. The 4 th dose I am waiting on now will be 2 weeks late tomorrow. I was planning on switching to another company and had already requested a refund for the dose I’m waiting on now until a representative from the company called this morning. His name was Tyrese and he was very apologetic about the issue. He stated that my order should come at the end of the week and gave me a 10% discount on all future orders. Also gave me a discount on this month’s order. Therefore since Tyrese was so helpful and is the first person that has ever reached out to me, I decided to give them another month to get it here on time.
The initial sign up and consultation went well. However, after two weeks, there has been no update regarding my order. The support team is unable to provide any timeline for shipment. The pricing seemed attractive, which should have raised a red flag. It feels like a scam.
I spoke with a customer service representative for an initial interest call. He was pleasant and charismatic, which was very promising. I was on a GLP-1 in 2025 for 3 months with fantastic results and was transparent with the representative about my desire to use the medication short term (no more than 6 months) to aid with my plateau. I mentioned that it was important for me to start on the right dose and indicated that I could prove my prior dosage amount and/or have my primary care doctor confirm the need for an initial higher dose, as I am regularly monitored and have been working on staying out of “pre-diabetic” range for the last two years. The representative assured me that with my previous prescription, I would be able to continue on the 10mg without issue. Alright. You’ve got me.
I took all of the initial assessments and shared the information about my previous GLP-1 prescription and experience on the assessment forms. Great. The forms appeared comprehensive, but easy to complete. Everything was looking good so far.
Fast forward to being required to pay for a 3 month supply BEFORE I find out which GLP-1 options I am even eligible for (thankfully I was eligible for compounded Tirz, which was the goal), I see that my order was only approved for lowest dose (2mg) and was “sent to the pharmacy”.
I did reach out to Clinical Support immediately after receiving the alert that the provider had approved an order so that I could share my previous prescription information and proof and hopefully get things adjusted quickly, but the provider team indicated that they only start orders out from the minimal dosage and titrate up slowly to ensure minimal side effects. Oof. Frustratingly different from my initial interest call. Had I known this, I would not have gone with MyStart. However, the “start at the bottom and you’ll get there eventually” strategy is deceptively genius from a business standpoint.
Without being familiar with what results one can expect from dosage differences, this almost guarantees that subscribers (myself, anyway) commit to at least 6 months before seeing significant results. By the time they get to their goal, they’ve potentially spent way more time and money on the medication than necessary.
To their credit, the provider approval WAS a quick turnaround after the initial order on 1/9, but my order is still showing as “sent to pharmacy” on 1/17. Like many other recent reviews have indicated, the turnaround time from placing your order to receiving it doesn’t line up with what is advised - Potentially from an influx of holiday/new year, new me orders having production and shipping time backed up?
I do hope to eventually receive my order, but I encourage MyStart to offer better transparency from the beginning. It seems like the customer service team is not entirely familiar with provider procedure and policy, if I am to assume that the incorrect information given to me during my interest call wasn’t intentional. So far, what has been explained or advertised hasn’t exactly lined up, and I’d expect more communication regarding delays to be forthcoming rather than feeling left in the dark.
Fingers crossed for the follow up review.
I came across a short article stating that this company provides their weight loss medication at 80% off. When you take their quiz the cheapest you can get is $349 for the tirzepatide. I have already came across offers as low as $145. This is fraudulent and not right.
Went on a social security discount of semiglutide for $179 a month. Second month they charged $299. I canceled. They lied just to get me on board. They're portal doesnt work. You can barely get someone on phone and when you do they just apologize and do NOTHING! Horrible company. DONT USE THEM!!
