The bike arrived with a damaged display controller panel. The company shows no interest in resolving the issue, and communication with the support team has been ineffective. As a result, I am unable to pursue any warranty claim. I would have rated this 5 stars since I purchased a flow street9 for £237, but I'm not willing to pay any more for damaged goods that come with virtually no warranty.
My experience with the team yesterday was outstanding; they treated me with kindness and respect. The advice I received will help me take better care of my scooter. I plan to return soon, as my other scooter needs new bearings and handlebars. I've already found the handlebars I want on the platform's website, and they fit my budget perfectly.
