Takes around a month for your “ cash back “ by this time they’ve charged you the £18 a month , it’s ran this way deliberately total scam They’ve also replied stating the obvious yet no mention of how long it takes to receive your money it’s not worth it by the time you wait for cash back your just paying them what they’re paying you back ; very clever
Not a good site to be with as they take money from your account and you don’t get the £20 off as the site doesn’t come up so I have lost a lot of money and it’s not easy to cancel it they say 0800 number there is no charge for but haven’t given the number and it will take at least 10 days and more via email if I had it sent a letter by post could take a lot longer so not a good site to be with seems like a scam. All the time I have been a member I have never received a penny back as the page never loads I tried cancelling with no luck but now you email me with a phone number. To cancel but not a word of giving back the money they have taken off my credit card disgusting for several months please people be careful out there.
I like the discounts available on n experiences like concert tickets. The only thing is I can't recommend it to anyone except to say if you see this thing pop up then sign up. It would be nice to have a referral link. Also be nice to have more airlines.
Sorry to say this but these people are an offshoot of crooked Swiss based company that has a parasitical way of hitching a ride on proper web sites and you lose a modest sum every month for ever! It's happend to me twice with different bogus websites in the past two months and spoken to my bank which stopped the first one and I fully intend to stop this one today. This is not a case of buyer bewhere because this crooked company creeps in under the radar of another company. Change your debit card!By the way completeservice.co.uk didn't really work for them via Switzerland so cash.mytimerewards.com or .co.uk is a new one with a bit of a front in the UK. I kind of lets see if it works with a minor attempt at a UK office. This is really dangerous. I've just got the bank to stop them - again. I'am not going to help them by knowing how I spot them. They would only change again just like a virus - computer virus.A top tip is this outfit pops up when you do online shop at the Iceland food store.Last point if this is the virus mutating I am the white cell and my mission is to track it when it changes its spots.
I waited until early January 2025 to make my purchase of products from BigGreenSmile so that I would get my monthly £18.00 Monthly Member Reward together with my 10% Cashback on the spend of £98.23 (so £9.82) which resulted in a net spend by me of £70.41(so a discount of just over 28% in total. The products themselves are excellent and buying in bulk is environmentally more friendly than doing lots of trips to the supermarket.
I’m satisfied with the deal I got and the service was a top notch . The customer service was great as well and they’re ready to help anytime. Kudos to the team and I’m looking forward to our future partnership and collaboration.
Makes me laugh how many ppl on here are chatting bubbles as you can only sign up by entering all your details and your card details too, as I have redone it to get the welcome rewards then ditch it before the next payment is taken, you just have to work it properly I made the full amount of cashback £250 just this month buying Xmas shopping too. I’ll cancel the membership now and resign up for my little ones bday. Come on ppl you know you’ve signed up for the £20 welcome bonus and £18 monthly bonus which is free for the first month and even times I have kept an account it pays for its self as I choose boohoo and just order a £1 bobble or £2 top and get the monthly bonus so the account is paid for!! The I get 10% most places including just eat, deliveroo and for my Morrisons shop and other shops for when it my children’s birthdays anyway and no other cashback sites offer as much cashback as these. I will say sometimes I have to send the receipt emails over and over as they say they cannot accept it but that is the only email receipt I can send them but I am persistent and always get paid within the 10working days the advertise.It does my head in but i don’t mind the headache as this cashback has helped me out loads. Edit:My last review was actually a good review apart from the timescales yet you are taking it down because you could not understand, I do not need to share my customer number as I I’ve no issue I’ve been using mytime rewards and completesavings for the past 3years & make money every month. English people will understand my last review perfectly which is not reflecting your sites badly but actually me saying that those people who call the bank to get the money back you have taken are liars because it clearly states they will be a charge and you do have to fill out a form and also the form for mytimerewards doesn’t even come up till you’ve filled a whole form out for completesavings. So delete if you wish but my reviews were actually good, it’s just the new payouts that I dropped stars for as I preferred the old system automatic payments to the bank but it also used to be faster!
