Review Time
I have just taken over my fathers finances as he is unable to continue it himelf. I find 2 regular payments of £18 leaving his account. One for COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK and the other for a company called MYTIMEREWARDS.COM. So £36 per month since feb 2024. I see the replies talking about how people "must" have signed up as thats the only way it works. My father was keen on buying things through Ali Express and so whilst I think it's possible he signed up but almost certainly the sign up was confusing or obsuscated what it was for. The companies like this who provide nothing in return for a regular income of a pensioner with a lack of internet savvy are scum. All the employees of these companies know how much of a scam the "service" is. Update: provided as many details as I can. I will let them "investigate"Update 2: I provided details, communicate through the provided email - this should be enough for you to (a) find his account, and (b) get in touch with me to tell me if and how you will remedy the situation.As to the value of this service - it's funny how "Mary" is the contact at both the almost universally 1 star rated companies.
This is A Scam and need Reporting been charged twice God knows how I signed up I only got aware while going through my bank statement, charged twice even after I cancelled the subscription. They will probably reply with a pre written template as I can see to the reply from the reviews above But be careful they are dodgy &Simple a scam!!!
Awful. Not transparent. Had £18 taken from account today. A very sneaky way of making you a member. Phone your bank and get them blocked if you've been hoodwinked as well. I guess there's no chance of getting the money back and I expect to see the usual copy and paste reply on here soon. There is no documentation to say I signed to give them permission to go into my account and take money. I have never provided my bank account details to this business. They also operate under different names. Look at the sheer volume of reviews saying the same thing.. this company knows what they do is sharp practice but they don't care
A lot of people seem to sign up for this service unwittingly and admittedly it has a very odd set up and not very clear, but I get far more than the £18 spent each month in cashback from various sites (all 10%) plus 20% cashback from Ticketmaster which was pretty awesome when purchasing some £200+ Coldplay tickets recently. Apparently you can get 2 for 1 cashback on days out but I can't see anywhere on the website where it explains what days out or how this works which is just really odd.
