Unprofessional Customer Service

The young girl left alone in the office on Camelback Rd. and 27th Avenue in Phoenix names Michelle, I believe, was very unprofessional, rude, and slow. She held non-business conversations with people who came after me and had a bad attitude. I called management in another office to address the issue to no avail. There was no option for zero stars.

Good professional services and was able to refer a family member and most of all I was able to sit at a desk while the clerk processed my application. Other title loan companies you stand at a glass window for the process

Awesome place to go!!!

I went in on Sunday and the gentleman that help me was the absolute best. I didn't have some information with me and he still worked so diligently to still help me! I brought him the info and we finished up my loan so quick and without fail. I was looking for different places to work with me but I will always come back to this company.

The young lady that helped me couldn't have been nicer. She new the ins & outs of her job & went to bat for me to get the highest amout for me. She even laughrd at my silly jokes. She made me feel comfortable & all those waiting to see her. It was much easier taking out this loan with her help. That speaks volumes for the compsny. Thank you.

Horrible

I got the loan cause I needed cash fast which is the only thing this place does right. I took a loan with them and signed up with a 203% annual rate installment loan like an idiot. When I wasn't able to pay, they started sending letters to me which is allowed by law, but decided that they would charge me a daily late fee of 10% of what I owed every 10 days and took the annual rate and prorated the rate by 365 days and started charging me that daily. An annual rate is technically only supposed to charge once a year but they said it was in the contract which it isn't. Even a representative from their legal team said I was an idiot and that it was in the contract without even reading. The contract was about to charge off meaning it would be sent to the credit agencies and to the court when they told me that the best thing to do is to sign up to renew the contract. Now they are charging me interest in top of the original interest. Yet to this date, are they able to explain the extra charges I've been charged for which led me to this point. A $300 turns into a $900 with how they "work" with you.
