I was then passed onto Alice foster, she dealt with writing a letter on my behalf to Revolut bank, she dealt with the whole case very professionally!Just need to wait for the outcome now
I've lost transaction fees from their interface toggling from withdrawl to deposit so I had to pay transaction fees twice. Also signed up for a trial of CoinBase One. Was unable to get back to my technolgoy on the weekend in time to cancel. Charged me $299 and refused to refund me. Pulling all my cash out and using a different platform. Hope they fail with policies like this.
Opened up new account, went through verification process, link bank account, wire transfered 15k, tried to add more... wouldn't work.. live chat customer service told me account froze. I couldn't buy stocks, or withdraw 15k. No real reason. So I opened up U.S. Binance account and as soon as my 15k is released.. I'm withdrawing everything and selling my stocks that are there and closing account forever.. They are possibly costing me thousands as we are coming out of a bear market...
The platform works good, but as a customer you are nothing to them.I was a victim of a scam. My bank file a report, and Coinbase ban me for life without any explanation or a chance to explain the situation. Even then I told them that I would fully cooperate and provide any documentation required, they said no, and that I can not reapply for a new account in the future either. Pure fascism ((
