Not much to add, my tour guide Trang was a very nice and attentive lady always taking good care of everyone and providing information with a big smile, highly recommend it!
Also forgot something on the bus on the journey back and before I even noticed 15 min later I had it on the reception waiting for me 🙏🏻
Sunny is the best guide ever! We spent and amazing time with her, smiling and laughing all the time. She gave us a lot of quality information about the trip and some tips about the city. Highly recommend! You will never find a better guide in the whole world!

The guide's energy was incredibly vibrant and contagious. She united our small group and led us with great efficiency and enthusiasm. We affectionately nicknamed her the feisty mouse for her knack for keeping us punctual. She provided valuable information while keeping us engaged by not revealing too much about our activities. We had an unforgettable experience at the Hills with our wonderful guide! She was as lively as her name suggests! We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and she addressed all our questions with a cheerful and positive demeanor. Her guidance and information throughout the day were exceptional. Whenever we required assistance, she went above and beyond to support us. There's so much to explore at the Hills, so a full day is essential. Besides the golden bridge, there's also a charming village with a variety of attractions. Highly recommend for a fantastic day out.
The 9:30 am small group option was just right for me. Our guide was attentive and took care of all the activities, checking in to see if we needed assistance. He even helped me with the food calculations. The food experience was excellent, and he shared insightful historical details about Vietnam in relation to Ba Na Hills.

The day tour at Ba Na Hills was fantastic! The pleasant weather added to the experience, but it was Nga who truly made it special! She was incredibly funny, friendly, and provided detailed insights about Ba Na as well as Da Nang. When I return for another tour, I will definitely request Nga as my guide!
