Horrible clothes!! Horrible scam by My Western!! After receiving a terrible shirt, I made desperate attempts to contact them via email and call and Watsapp chat. Their phone is dead always.they responded on Watsapp and refused to refund me my money. I had to reluctantly buy another shirt which to no surprise is equally worse. And then my review got deleted as well. They delete All the reviews posted on their website. The very fact that they do not have a single review on any of their clothes suggests what they are selling and doing with reviews. Hence I came here. I don’t want any customer to go through the experience I have undergone. The fabric they use is extremely cheap looking and stitch is to another level poor. They use the same thread ( black) in all their shirts and dresses. Whether the dress is white or blue or brown or yellow or multi colour, the stitch will be done using black thread only. I wish I could post pictures here. Please do not buy clothes from My western If you wish to keep your sanity.

The quality of the clothing is poor.The website promises a hassle-free return experience. But it's a total farce. The returning policy is more difficult composted to a lot of other sites and their customer service will not even lift a finger to help you.I've been mailing them with pictures and evidence of having submitted the return request. Yet, they claim it never happened, which honestly seems like a way to extort more money from unsuspecting customers.Overall, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a clothing store. Definitely would not recommend it, not even to an enemy.
I don't think this company exists. Looks like a scam. The tracking status is stuck at ordered for over 2 weeks. If they haven't even shipped my order, I don't what they are doing. There is no way of order cancellation so I consider my money wasted. After messaging on Whatsapp thT has auto generated limited options, I have not received any response. I will post again if I receive my order. For now I suppose its a fake website for scamming people. Do not waste your money!
My advice to anyone buying clothes from a new online company is to read the fine print especially the terms and conditions for return and refund. Being fooled by the international quality of the pictures on this company's website, I ordered a dress and a shirt from them, which got delivered through Amazon. But I was sad to note that the finish and fabric was nowhere near the original. The western dress I ordered looked like a nighty and the shirt print was too busy and bright compared to the original which was classy. The stitching was also very basic and not at all what you would expect by looking at the pictures. When I went to initiate a return, it still showed the status as 'shipping' with a date that was several days ago thus preventing me from returning the clothes. When I messaged them on Whatsapp and told them about it, instead of rectifying the issue they sent me a shopify link which I obviously did not click on for fear of being scammed. The person you interact with texts only in Hindi and no matter how much you explain the problem the status still shows 'shipping' and not 'delivered'. Additionally, they said they can initiate a refund if I pay 100 bucks and I can only get store credit and not a refund. Am I crazy to trust them again? So here I am stuck with two articles of clothing and a lesson learned.
