Sizing on the jeans I bought was far too big, they were my usual size that I buy from Landsend. The only option on returns is to pay £2.70 so send them back for credit. So now I am out of pocket by £2.70 & don't have any jeans🙁
All your sizes have changed for the worse?
I reckon your manufactures are making huge profits on the cutting side of sizes .saying they are 18 but they are only 16 and very tight over the bust and puts a stress on the buttons also on the shirt I have just bought the garment is vey tight fitting. When I measure it with the designs it is smaller.
I would dearly buy a 16 but now have to order an 18 which should be looser but is till to tight. Also the sleeves are to narrow.
It might be me but I don’t like tight fitting as it make me feel hot and I like movement in my clothes.
Tea shirts…..I like my tea shirt sleeve to my elbow I don’t like the to short as they cress up under the arm pit..also to the they make sleeve too narrow so if exersizinf it is so uncomfortable.
Why do to not make the long so they come so on
Half way over the pockets of jeans.
I don’t want to keep passing things back forth to you to keep trying to get the right sizes
Manufactures did the skimping back in the late 70’s and 80’s……..it looks like they are doing it again.
It really is up to you buyers to check the sizes they are going to produce
The one good thing is that the quality is ……I think very good.
Buyers jobs are to work on the future colours come up……and tell manufactures what you want…..a# some of the colours are so wishy washy……ice cream colours are ok but want about the deeper and bright colours…….were has vibrancy gone that some clothing should be made in…….

I’ve been a buyer of Landsend for at least 20 years, unbeatable quality, I’m still able to wear clothing bought from this company that is 10 years old and still looks good!!!
We had an issue with delivery from a very unreliable delivery service who lost the package. The company contacted us me to arrange re delivery with a more reputable delivery company to ensure it arrived before Christmas. The product arrived on time as scheduled at the 2nd attempt.
The parcel arrived promptly and was well packaged. I'm satisfied with the items I purchased. However, I wish the company hadn't discontinued children's clothing and footwear, as I used to buy them frequently.
I encountered significant issues with customer support. When I attempted to initiate a return, my order number was not recognized. The automated help system led me in circles without providing any solutions. After reaching out via email, I was informed that since my order was delivered through a certain carrier, the returns portal was not accessible to me. The advice I received was vague, and I was told to check the returns address in 'the left-hand corner of your order confirmation.' This was not helpful at all. I will not be placing any further orders. The delivery partner's service is disappointing, and the returns process is frustrating as described.
I quickly ordered regular fit jeans with a finished leg length of 31” - they fit perfectly. The fabric is high-quality, slightly heavier than expected, making them great for autumn or winter. Given the price (40% off), they are an excellent buy!
