The order was delayed for over a week, yet they refuse to cancel it. You must wait for the delivery, and only after it is returned will the refund be issued, which takes another week. I still haven't received my refund. Avoid ordering from them; it's a decision you'll regret.

The rider did not answer the call and lacked change for cash on delivery. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Misled by the service

I ordered a trimmer, but upon arrival, the body shaver was missing. The service sells that part separately, despite it being included in the original product. This has happened to many others as well. They sell the main item but leave out essential parts, forcing extra purchases. Customer support is unresponsive when issues are raised. I do not recommend this service if you expect to receive the complete product as advertised.

Fake products and poor service

They sell counterfeit products and provide extremely poor customer service. When I reported a wrong product, they were abusive and disconnected my call. I am very disappointed and find them untrustworthy.

Unreliable company

This company is unreliable. I do not recommend purchasing from them; they sent me the wrong item and refuse to accept returns for the damage. I discovered the issue four days after receiving the parcel, and they stated they wouldn't process returns at that point.

Frustrating experience

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I was informed my parcel would be delivered through a specific courier service, yet it remains undelivered. If certain cities can't be serviced, they should not be listed as delivery options. This is misleading and a waste of customers' time and money. The customer service is also poor; calls are often disconnected with no proper solutions provided. Now I am told my parcel will be refunded, but that does not address the lost time and trust.
