SCAM WARNING: Do NOT drive for them, they steal money from drivers!
Still waiting for my unpaid hard-earned money in Malaysia for years. Why does your company ignore small partners while claiming success?
We booked and paid €500 for round-trip transportation between Geneva Airport and Avoriaz on February 8, 2026. We arrived at the airport on time, but there was no driver waiting for us, and he never showed up.
I immediately contacted both the company and the driver. Later, the driver sent messages apologizing for not showing up — but this happened after the scheduled pickup time, when we were already stranded at the airport.
Because of this, we had no choice but to arrange alternative transportation ourselves, which cost us an additional €350.
Afterwards, I emailed the company asking them to reply and confirm that they would reimburse the €350 we had to pay because their driver did not show up. I also sent several screenshots of messages from the driver where he apologizes for not coming, as well as the receipt for the taxi we had to take as an alternative.
I did receive one email saying that they were investigating the case and would get back to me. However, they have not followed up on this either. I have written to them several times since February 8, but I have not received any response.
Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled is extremely disappointing. Problems can happen, but what is not acceptable is that the company:
• Did not inform us that the driver would not come to pick us up
• Did not help us find alternative transportation when we tried to contact them
• Did not confirm that they would cover the extra transportation costs we had to pay
• Did not respond after we sent the receipt for the €350 we had to pay to reach our destination
• Promised to investigate the case and get back to us, but never did
It is very poor service to take payment on January 20 and then fail to provide the agreed transportation without communication or support.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
This is fraud.
I booked a transportation from Geneva Airport to Chamonix and back.
They send us to Chamonix and never came to pick us for the return trip.
On the day of the trip, 4-5 hours before, they send me a text message that they are out of business.
The money was taken for both trips.
I have contacted them via email they promised they will look for it, still no reply even though I send them voucher receipt.
They Don’t Pay Their Partners.
Very disappointed. We completed many bookings, provided the service professionally, and fulfilled all obligations. However, when it comes to payment — nothing.
Payments are constantly delayed with excuses. Promised dates pass, and there is always another reason. Meanwhile, partners are left waiting with unpaid earnings.
It feels extremely unfair that partners do the work, but the company does not honor payments properly. This is not how a serious business should operate.
If you are considering working with this company, think carefully.
Majority of positive reviews are fake. This is a scam company who don’t pay their drivers so the company will take a booking and the driver won’t show up because he hasn’t been paid. They owe me £600 and it’s been over 3 years now. If you do some research on this company you will see that they’re a totally fraudulent company owned by a criminal.
Official Case Opened: ECCBG-25050. The European Consumer Centre (ECC) is now investigating my unpaid 2500 EUR. All evidence of your fraudulent activity in Larnaca has been submitted. Pay now to avoid legal sanctions in Cyprus."
why do you pretend not to know about the problem. ? it's not just me, reading the reviews, there are many drivers who have been burned like me by your promises. The Bulgarian Embassy and Cyprus Ministry of Commerce are now taking legal steps. 2500 EUR is still missing. Fraud Case HE359294."I have sent the email to requested. My balance of 2500 EUR is still UNPAID. I am waiting for the bank confirmation today. The Larnaca Police and the Ministry of Commerce are monitoring this case.
A&F Travel is taking formal legal action against GetTransfer. They currently owe us a net balance of $1,049.25 USD and have ignored all our formal payment requests. We have already issued a Formal Letter Before Action to their headquarters in Larnaca, Cyprus, and to their CEO, Alexander Sapov.
We will not tolerate further delays. If the payment is not settled via PayPal within the next 7 days, our legal team will file a lawsuit in the District Courts of Larnaca for the principal amount plus damages and legal fees. Partners and providers, be careful with their payment defaults.
I am a GetTransfer driver and I have not received full payment for my completed services in September, October, and November 2025.
Approximately €1,500 of my earned income remains unpaid despite repeated reminders and formal notices. These were completed and approved trips on the platform.
Ongoing delays in settling earned payments are unacceptable. Drivers should not have to chase their own money. I expect GetTransfer to fulfill its payment obligations and settle the outstanding balance immediately.

No honour of receipts/invoices of their services used. Be it gettransfer.com or the carrier driver, both just pin point each other. The customer service of gettransfer.com is absolutely horrible and not at all supportive for a basic invoice/receipt request. However they collect money from customers on which they DO NOT want to issue receipts/invoices
They always made 2,000 and a lot of drivers after they realize that we don't want to take their trips until they paid us they dropped their percentage to 20% so that they can attract both drivers at scam them
