From the initial phone call through to the end result, Sandra and Amanda were absolutely fantastic. Communication was always on point, every query submitted was acknowledged and answered promptly and best of all, due to their knowledge and expertise, the case was discontinued by CPS due to lack of evidence. Could not have asked for a better result.
Well what can i say 5 stars for this man karman majid what a bloke hes one of the best in the so little time he had been given and the ringing about late at night due to no been passed details on untill late the night before went out of his way to spend his own time late of evening for 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone the night before the case working out of hours to provide me the service i needed i take my hat off to this gentleman he calmed me down explained things in lay man terms so helpfull on the day of the hearing he did me proud the way he spoke the way he dealt with the situation that got twisted this man kept my licence and my job so i can provide for my kids can not thank you enough you go far and beyond even after hours you didnt have to give ur time up but you did what a true gent big thankyou i would recomend this man to everyone so thank you one again karman
Honest review, Although there was a few admin hiccups to start with overall I really cannot speak highly enough of NML, they always came through and eventually got the case withdrawn and saved me from a 3 year ban, I would absolutely use these guys again, they offer better value for money than others but no less overall service, thanks NML, regards Giles
Nicola our case worker was absolutely fantastic, always on the end of the phone if I ever needed any reassurance or to answer any questions I may have.After a rocky start and a clash with another of the Lawyers on staff Laura was quick to listen to my concerns and resolve my issues even taking on my case herself at no additional cost.After 18 months of court postpones and Cps postponing we eventually got the best possible outcome from a Guilty plea and I cannot thank the team enough for their support over this time.Special thanks to Kam for putting us at ease at court and for getting such an amazing outcome for us.Thank you all!

At first, they said that they would do everything to keep my husband's driver's license, but they did everything to spend a lot of money on it, and the result was 0. First, the day before the trial, they said they couldn't find a representative for the court, so we had to pay another £180 for them to find another one. Further, the representative they found was late, he had no information about our case at all, 10 minutes after the trial, he asked me what the case was, during the hearing he could not say anything because he was not familiar with the case, so he told my husband to plead not guilty in order to postpone the hearing. At the next meeting, there was a new representative who was also late, did not even contact us, I called the agency for 4 days in a row so that someone could contact me, but I was simply ignored. As I said at the next hearing, the representative told me to plead guilty, as a result of the loss of my driver's license. loss of a large sum of money and a waste of our time. We didn't understand why we paid so much money What are you talking about???? Representative didn’t tell anything about translation ,he just told to my husband admit that he is guilty and that's it. During the trial, he only said a few words and not a word was said about the translator. I don't think a few words are worth that much money, the first representative and the second are incompetent.
