Following a car accident, I was breathalysed and found to be over the limit. I felt I needed advice about any forthcoming police action and having researched several solicitors settled on NML as they appeared professional, helpful and not too expensive. NML's Gary Roberts helped a lot with my initial enquiry in advising me that I should put forward a no guilty plea on a number of different aspects. The lawyer representing me at the first hearing was Ms Shrestha who was very professional and communicative and the trial lawyer, Jay Lemosa, was excellent at representing me and getting the case dismissed. I therefore retained my licence with no ban, no criminal conviction and costs awarded. I would therefore whole heartedly recommend NML to anyone in such a position and when the whole situation felt so hopeless.

Absolutely shocking joke of a company. How trading standards haven’t shut these down I’ll never know. Lead you to believe you have a case knowing full well you dont, take all your money then at the last hour send a solicitor to tell you to go guilty . Disgraceful , no communication between the company you pay and the solicitor they send.

After being told my case was ‘straightforward’, I would have rather been represented by Rowan Atkinson in Four Weddings. Absolutely embarrassing failure of verbal fluency and detail. Left out massive parts of my case whilst using more filler words than Vickie Pollard. They offered me a discount on the future use of their service as compensation. Utterly disgusting. They're factory farming cases, so hire someone local and speak with the solicitor so you can gauge their competence. I watched in horror as I realised I could have better represented myself.
