There was a lack of services that tied…

There was a lack of services that tied in with flights, I also had to change coaches at Heathrow airport because no coach went to terminal 4. No facilities at the bus stop where you had to wait at 3.30 am for 30 mins. More expensive than my first class rail trip on my return.
