The bus was delayed countless times

The bus was delayed countless times, I couldn't wait as I needed to arrive on time for an interview.I tried to cancel and get a refund as I bought a fully flexible ticket but couldn't do that as well on both the App and the website.It is quite said and I am not happy with National Express at all.

Website easy to us, Great price with no hassle

I was looking a the best way to get from Birminham to Gatwick airport, Didn't fancy driving and parking there, so a coach was a good alternative.The web site was easy to use. Plenty of departure and return times to choose from, each day. The price included decent hold and carry on luggage, per person.. Was a great price for two, including the return to Birmingham

The coach to London was on time

The coach to London was on time, comfy and had good facilities. The return was delayed by heavy traffic and a diversion to Beaconsfield to pick up stranded passengers from a broken down coach: not ideal!
