I appreciate National Express offer accessibility seating and assistance. Especially when travelling alone. I used to hear back within a week regarding assistance, but recently this doesn't happen until a day before and in a few cases I don't hear back. So once I've sent in a message via Contact Form, I ring 2- 3 days after, as I know I'll be on the system.
Managed to book tickets, but made error and asked for return from Victoria London to Paignton. That was a mistake as I am going to Hammersmith to see my 89 year old dad in Charing Cross hospital. It would be easier to go to Heathrow from there to pick up the coach, your customer services said I couldn’t do that I would have to buy another ticket. I can’t afford any more so will have to travel back into London to get coach 501 from Victoria out and then it will stop at Heathrow anyway!!What difference would it have made to you??
Well at first I like the first bus driver he was very professional, not sure why we changed bus driver in the middle of the service, the second part of the trip is actually worst the second bus driver drives like a race car driver in my opinion, there were plugs for charges but the drivers didn’t turn it on, I travelled on National Express for many years often feels like in situations like this it is more safer with trains
I have travelled to and from Bristol airport to Cardiff for many years. Always punctual with the exception of one trip earlier in the year. Drivers are always informative, friendly and very helpful.I highly recommend National Express coach travel. Please do not change your service like all other forms of transport as NATEXP provides an excellent service and drivers are a credit to the company
The driver was great, I took the 1800 from London Victoria station to Sophia Gardens. He went above & beyond, being courteous, using his phone to help me find my way as mine was acting up. Especially after the drive, when I'm sure he was wanting to end his shift and go home. I hope he will be driving the bus on the way back to London on Thursday, 1800. I really appreciated him telling everyone the rules about the radio as well. There's nothing more annoying than wanting some rest after a full day of walking a city, seeing the sites and then having some entitled jerk-face playing their music so loud it wakes the dead. A really great experience. Way better than anything I've experienced using the Greyhound bus back in the States.
