Ordered matching bracelets with initials for my grandchildren. The order arrived, but I didn’t check each one until now and discovered my order is incorrect. Customer service requires proof of the wrong items when I return the incorrect ones. However, the missing items are out of stock. I can't take photos of my order since they've already been sent.
