My son has a wonderful lady called Christine for Maths. An outstanding teacher who helps to explain questions and topics which may have been missed during the busy school day. The focus now is exam preparation ahead of GCSE and working through previous exam papers to help check and test learning. Excellent student support provided.
Our son's tutor was Yoana Nikolova. Yoana was really good with him. Our son is eight and was very reluctant to work, we suspect he is dyslexic but Yoana did manage to do some useful work with him and also gave us some very helpful ideas where we could work with him out of the sessions. Where do I start! I can't recommend NLG enough. Our two daughters were doing well at maths in school but we felt they were not being challenged enough and so we decided to look around at what's available. They were allocated Nisma Begum as their tutor and I can't recommend her enough. We have seen their confidence grow. Best decision we made this year. I went for parents evening the other day and their school teachers were gushing at how much they help other kids in class! Whenever we have been on holiday or need to reschedule Nisma has always made time for our daughters to catch up that's convenient for us. Thank you Nisma!
I started my son with NLG and I’m really pleased I did! His tutor, Sulaiman Ali, has built confidence in discussing maths problems and is approachable when my son is unsure of how to approach the topics. He collaborates well with my son, helping him to believe that he can achieve what he aims for and even more. Hopefully he gets the results he plans!
