The whole process of ordering, delivering and fixing our new awning has been so easy and carried out most efficiently.The sales, survey and fitting Teams have all been excellent.Guy and Jordan, the fitters arrived on time, got on with the job at once and finished sooner than we expected. We were impressed with the general service from the company and what appeared to be a good quality product that would meet our requirements. The surveyor made a very valid point to us regarding choice of awning fabric colour and we are very grateful for that contribution. NHI installed my beautiful verandah in 2024. There were a couple of things I needed adding and NHI were swift to respond to me. The order was taken and a date arranged for a survey of requirements. I was given the lead time for works and NHI kept to this when offering installation dates. The work was carried out professionally and the area was left spotlessly clean. What more can I say?
