We have just had our awning installed and it is fantastic. It took 4 team members to lift it off the van as it was one of the biggest they have installed but they did a brilliant, professional job. We now have a whole new room outside effectively. All clean, tidy and courteous....with everything we needed to know explained before they left. Highly recommend Nationwide Home Innovations

Simon and Jake fitted our awning today. They did a fantastic job (in the rain!). They took care to make sure everything was secure and fitted correctly. The awning itself is very well made and sturdy. They made sure everything was finished to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves. Our awning broke after around 4 years. Our experience of having it fixed within the guarantee period was faultless. Nationwide responded rapidly, diagnosed the problem and arranged for the repair to be done in a most efficient manner, keeping us informed and turning up on time. Reece and Ben on the Remedial Team clearly knew exactly what they were doing and were well able to cope with an unexpected complication requiring the removal and reinstallation of the whole unit. They were unfailingly polite and considerate and tidied up neatly at the end, replacing pots and a small shed that had to be moved to allow access. This awning is the third we have purchased and installed from Nationwide. We have been delighted with the awnings which have over many years transformed how we use the garden and patio. Nationwide’s handling of the repair confirmed our earlier experience that this is a company that really cares about keeping the customer happy, especially when things go wrong.
Dan & Cam installed our electric canopy & called to advise they would be early, arriving when they said. Communication was excellent throughout & they installed the canopy & all it entailed efficiently & professionally. Despite the inclement weather, they took care when coming into the property They cleared up & explained everything we needed to know. Extremely satisfied with their work, courteousness & professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
