Great product

Great product. This is the second warrior winch purchase we made. We now have a 7.5 hydraulic winch that we use on an excavator attachment we made and we have the 25,000 lb electric winches on our spuds on our barge.

If you are looking for customer service…

If you are looking for customer service you better look somewhere else! I requested a call via email because it’s the only way to contact them since the phone number is not listed and I’ve received 5 emails and not one call from them.I would prefer to contact via phone considering it take them 3-5 days to respond to the emails They still haven’t resolved my issue with the 1500.00 winch and accessory’s I purchased from them that is absolutely useless to me.
