I purchased a product priced at 6499 Rupees that stopped working after just one use. I received it during the festive season and used it after a short period. It functioned once, but on the second attempt, it completely ceased to work. I charged it as instructed and took some time to confirm that it was indeed non-functional, after which I provided video proof. I followed all guidelines for charging, yet it failed on the second try. This clearly suggests a quality or manufacturing defect. Even after sharing video evidence of the faulty item, my request for a replacement or refund was denied solely due to their strict 24-hour policy. For a personal product, expecting customers to fully test functionality within 24 hours is unrealistic and unfair. The company opted to hide behind policy rather than acknowledge responsibility for selling a defective item. This experience highlights poor quality control and disappointing customer service. I would strongly recommend potential buyers to proceed with caution, as there seems to be no support if a product fails after minimal use.
